Oatmeal no baked cookies
There has been a lot of people who have ate the no baked cookies. However have you tried the oatmeal version? This one is actually pretty good I got this recipe from a fellow blogger
* 2 cup sugar
* 1/2 cupmilk
* a stick margarine
* 4 Tablespoon cocoa powder
* 2 tsp vanilla flavor
* 1/2 cup peanut butter
* 2 1/2 cups quick cook or minute oat
Pull out about 18 inches of tin foil and put that on the counter where you can get to it with the cookie batter. You may need to put a trivet (or potholder) down next to the tin foil if you’re not close to a burn free surface to set the pan on when you get to the drop stage.
Get a sturdy stock pot. Put the sugar, milk and margarine in the pan and put on low heat. Stir until everything is liquid and mixed together.
Turn heat up to medium high. Bring mixture to a good rolling boil. Stir constantly for 2 minutes. Time this. You need to be pretty close on the boiling time.
I like this recipe because it shows us a lot of taste and flavoring. Who would have known that even oatmeal no baked cookies are great. I know a lot of people who tried this one. My mom once baked these cookies and it was very delicious. I love how it taste when you put it in your mouth. As a child, I used to like how they make it in the kitchen. It just gives me a very warm smell sensational. I always followed the tradition of licking the bowl but for this type of creation of cookies, its pretty hard because of the absence of the dough and mixing. I don’t mind even eating the cookies though because I like to eat suggery stuff. My child loved to eat the cookies and brownies that we have in the store. He would go in the cooking aisle and just pick one out of the shelf and we would make it together as a father and son bonding. These days my wife is the one who uses the oven and batters up the recipes of the cookies.
